Sidewalk <br /> access ram s will be constructed at many of the intersections in the project area, and new <br /> traffic sign detection loops will be installed in conjunction with the paving work. The city's <br /> sanitary se er fund will pay for the sewer work. State highway preservation funds will be <br /> used for th paving portion of the contract.
