The arties stipulated as part of the hearing that the companies were involved in <br /> approximate y 374 separate incidents of unauthorized dumping at six different sites involving <br /> approximate y 335,000 gallons of portable toilet waste. The hearings official concluded the <br /> permit hold rs had committed serious and intentional violations of the conditions of the <br /> permit and at the revocation, given the nature and extent of the violations, was the <br /> i <br /> j appropriate ction. <br /> The etropolitan Wastewater Management Commission heard the appeals from Bucks <br /> l and Ace on July 21, 1994, and as of that date, recommended the Eugene City Council uphold <br /> the decision of the hearings official.
