In the interim, dense thickets of <br /> woody veg tation have grown large enough to raise concern among both City staff and nearby <br /> residents th t the creek may back up and cause flooding during a severe storm. <br /> To ddress these concerns, the City is using atwo-phased approach to accomplish this <br /> year's cree maintenance.
