The combined total was approximately 14 percent below <br />the city' pre-bid estimate. lane County is paying the cost of repairing or <br />reconstru ting streets after sewers are installed. River Road property <br />owners wi 1 be assessed for the cost of sewer installation. The City esti- <br />mates the total cost for the owner of a 9,200-square-foot lot at around <br />$5,400. hat estimate includes all public and private sewer-related costs. <br />Cons ruction activity normally takes place during daylight hours, Monday <br />through S turday. Occasionally work may be scheduled at other hours or on <br />Sunday. esidents will be notified before work begins on their streets. <br />Port ons of streets may be closed to through traffic during construc- <br />tion. Th project boundaries were designed to minimize the impact on the <br />River Roa area during the next three years of construction.
