The company's bid is 17 percent below the <br />city of E gene's estimate of 51.7 million. <br />"A11 of the city's efforts to generate strong contractor interest and <br />competiti a bidding on these projects has paid off," said Terry Smith, assis- <br />tant dire for of Eugene's Public Works Department.
