Sixth Ave. <br />Memb rs of the City of Eugene's engineering and finance staff will be on <br />hand to a saver questions about construction plans, assessments, financing <br />options a d proposed local improvement districts for 1990. <br />The ame information will be available at all times, and formal presen- <br />tations w 11 not be included with this session. <br />The nformation session will end promptly at 7 p.m., and a formal public <br />hearing w 11 begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Sousa Room at the Conference Center. <br />The publi hearing before the Eugene City Council will focus on the proposed <br />local imp ovement districts, which are areas with set boundaries in which <br />specific mprovement projects are made in the public rights-of-way and are <br />paid for y the property owners within the district.
