The lane closure is sched- <br /> uled to last f r three weeks. <br /> The clos a is necessary so that city crews can make repairs to the concrete surface along <br /> Oak Street. a street failure is caused by normal wear and tear, especially along utility cuts <br /> in the surfac of the street. <br /> The left lane on Oak Street will remain open but traffic may be more congested than <br /> <br /> normal and otorists may wish to use either High Street or Willamette during the construc- <br /> tion period. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> <br />
