The project will cause a temporary disruption of <br /> automobil bicycle, and pedestrian traffic in the immediate construction <br /> zone, but the city, the university, and the contractor will take steps to <br /> reduce pr blems for those who have to travel in the area. <br /> The roject also will accommodate the University of Oregon's plan to <br /> develop a more formal campus entrance at Agate Street, such as the Westgate <br /> ~ entrance n East Thirteenth at Kincaid. <br /> The iverfront Research Park is a joint venture of the University of <br /> Oregon, t e city of Eugene, the State Board of Higher Education, and the <br /> State of regon to develop a university related research park on state-owned <br /> property djacent to the university campus.
