The consultants will compile existing data, undertake
field inve tigation, sample stormwater discharges, estimate concentrations

i
and loadin from various catchment basins, develop a stormwater quality data

i
based mana ement plan, prepare the permit application, and develop a
monitoring plan for Part 2. The project is scheduled for completion by
January 15 1991.
City ngineer Les Lyle said the primary purpose of the study is to

I
~ determine hat water quality impacts the stormwater system is currently
creating s that management policies and practices can be developed to solve
~ the proble s and to then identify where additional evaluation is needed.
