The <br /> bulk of he construction will occur on the east side of Bailey Hill Road <br /> south of West 11th. However, the southernmost lane of West 11th Avenue will <br /> be close at times, and motorists are advised to seek alternative routes or <br /> use caution while construction is under way. <br /> Wor is expected to be completed by November 25. <br /> # # # <br /> z _ r <br /> <br />
