One lane of traffic will be open at all times, but some <br /> intermittent delays are expected. <br /> This is the final phase of a reconstruction project on Green Acres. <br /> Over the last two years, Eugene Sand and Gravel, under contract to the city <br /> of Eugene Public Works Department, has widened the road; installed curb, <br /> gutter, and sidewalks; and improved street lights, storm sewers, and <br /> intersections. <br /> Duri g the next two days, Public Works staff is asking motorists to use <br /> other rou es, if possible. <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />
