Cyclists and pedestriams are asked to plan <br /> alternativ routes and are encouraged to use the North Bank Bike Path, <br /> between th Ferry Street Bridge and the Autzen Footbridge. <br /> City yews will repave sections of the bike path to improve rideability <br /> and level ut low spots.
