There is no increase in the city's portion of the <br /> sewer use fees the the coming year. The new regional rate would increase <br /> the month y fee paid by an average residential user by 4.1 percent. <br /> <br /> ~ The ity will hold a public hearing on the proposed rate increase on <br /> July 6, a 10 a.m., at the Public Works Building, first floor conference <br /> room, 858 Pearl Street. A fact sheet explaining the increase is available at <br /> the Permi and Information Center, 244 East Broadway, and the Public Works <br /> Building, 858 Pearl Street, or by calling 687-5262. Citizens can submit <br /> written c mments, which must be received byJuly 6, to Micheal D. Gleason, <br /> City Mana er, City of Eugene, Room 105, 717 Pearl Street, Eugene, OR 97401. <br /> Sewe user fees are charged to all users who are connected to, or have <br /> access to the regional sanitary sewer system. The fees help pay for the <br /> cost of p oviding sanitary and storm sewer service.
