There is no increase in the city's portion of the <br /> sewer use fees the the coming year. The new regional rate would increase <br /> the month y fee paid by an average residential user by 4.1 percent. <br /> <br /> ~ The ity will hold a public hearing on the proposed rate increase on <br /> July 6, a 10 a.m., at the Public Works Building, first floor conference <br /> room, 858 Pearl Street. The fees help pay for the <br /> cost of p oviding sanitary and storm sewer service.
