The contractor, Eugene Sand and Gravel, <br /> plans to begin the planting on Thursday morning and be completed by the end <br /> of the weep. <br /> Therelwill be temporary traffic detours, but all areas of the mall will <br /> be open while the trees are being planted. <br /> The two-block section of Olive Street was reopened to through traffic in <br /> September.
