The celebration will take place in the Eugene Clinic parking lot at <br /> the nor heart corner of 13th and Charnelton. At the conclusion of the <br /> ceremon trees will be planted along 13th Avenue from Willamette to <br /> Washing on. Please feel free to join in! This will be the final planting of <br /> the sea on for the "NeighborWoods" program. More than eight areas have been <br /> planted, with most of the work done by neighborhood volunteers. During the <br /> ceremon each of the neighborhood coordinators will be recognized for their <br /> contrib tion to the program.
