I'm <br /> offering m assistance in the selection process for my successor and in <br /> making a s ooth transition to the new administration. <br /> Now that t e Terminal Project funding is totally in place and we have an <br /> outstandin contractor actually on the job, I feel that except for dealing <br /> <br /> j with the n ise and the dust, the new Terminal is virtually a reality. Our <br /> <br /> j current Ca ital Improvement Program however, envisions another $6 to ~8 million <br /> of constru tion in the next five years on the air side. This is an opportune <br /> point to b ing in the new Manager at the beginning of this next series of <br /> projects i cluding the new Master Plan. <br /> Having spe t the last eight- and one-half years working with the City and <br /> the many a encies and organizations interested in enlarging the Terminal <br /> ~ facilities it is indeed gratifying to have realized the start of construction <br /> of the pro ect we've worked on for so long.
