USAir did not sign at this <br /> time because the company is still in transition from their recent acquisition <br /> of PSA. <br /> The evenues generated from the agreement will pay for the operating and <br /> maintenan a expenses for both the air field and terminal and for the debt <br /> service o the revenue bonds. <br /> i <br /> <br />
