~t t 1. \ ~ L~ t.,. 4 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE FO LOWING WILL BE CONSIDERED AT A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING OF THE EUGENE PLANNING COMMIS ION AND THE LANE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION ON SEPTEMBER 1~8, 1990. 7:30 P.M., N THE COUNCIL CHAMBER AT CITY HALL, 777 PEARL STREET, EUGENE, OREGON. I, THE MA TER PLAN FOR EUGENE AIRPORT, WHICH WILL SERVE AS A DEVELOPMENT GUIDE FOR THE AI PORT'S SHORT-TERM NEEDS DURING THE NEXT FIVE YEARS, TEN YEARS, AND LONG- TERM N EOS DURING THE NEXT 20 YEARS. THE HE RING WILL BE HELD AT 7:30 P.M., IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 777 PEARL TREET, EUGENE, OREGON. Testim ny may be submitted in three ways: 1. Send a written statement to the Planning Commission, c/o City of Eugene Engineering Division, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401. In order to allow the Planning Commission to read your material before the hearing, your statement must be received by the Planning Division by 5:00 p.m. on September 10, 1990. 2. Submit a written statement at the hearing. However, the Planning Commission will have less of an opportunity to read it~before taking action. 3. Attend the Public Hearing and state your concerns. Your spoken testimony will be recorded in the minutes of the hearing. The Pla Wing Commission will hold a study session on this matter in order to be briefed on background information about this matter. The public is welcome to attend the study session; however, public comment should be reserved for the public eating. The study session will be held at 7:30 p.m. on September 11, 1990, i the McNutt Room, City Hall. The Cit Planning Staff will provide a written report and recommendation to the Plannin commission on this matter. The report will be available after 3 p.m. on Sept tuber 11, 1990.
