The questionnaire and survey will <br /> give the council members additional information on which to base their decisions. <br /> Per ons receiving the questionnaire or the survey postcard are urged to <br /> respond s soon as possible in order that all available data can be assembled <br /> for coun it consideration. <br /> <br />
