The installation of a cul-de-sac will be necessary at the proposed <br /> ter inus of Moss Street (at th~,,.north end of the William's Bakery <br /> pro erty)_. William's will nee6~==~o negotiate with the University to <br /> pro ide the City with the extra 92' of right of way needed at the bulb of <br /> the cul-de-sac. The applicant can do the paving to City standards or <br /> sig a Waiver of Remonstrance and a Petition for Improvements and have <br /> the City assess them for the work. <br /> 2. Two wheelchair ramps must be installed in the bulb of the cul-de-sac to <br /> pro ide handicapped and bicycle access. Exact location can be plotted by <br /> our staff . <br /> 3. Thi Department understands that the applicant is working with EWEB on <br /> the relocation of power lines through the proposed vacation. This must be <br /> don before vacation can be accomplished. <br /> j 4. St rm drainage of 13th at Moss and of the proposed Moss St. cul-de-sac <br /> mu t be collected and connected to approved storm system. <br /> 5. Th east/west pedestrian way must be extended to Villard St. City <br /> j st ndards require a minimum of 10 feet in width. <br /> ~ The Pub is Works Department would also like to note the following items of <br /> <br /> ~ ~ informa ion. <br /> 1. Th Transportation Division will remove city street lights. Applicant <br /> i mu t give advance warning in order that this removal can be scheduled. <br /> 2. Th Department would prefer to have a 10' wide pedestrian way along the <br /> ap licant's full southern boundary.
