He has <br /> moved fro drafting into design, but has remained with the <br /> Engineeri g division. In the last 10 years, Pat has <br /> designed he paving and storm sewer systems for several <br /> major pro ects, including the second phase of the 6th/7th <br /> Street wi ening project (from Garfield to Washington). In <br /> 1980, he on the Asphalt Paving Association of Oregon award <br /> for the q ality of paving project on Bertelsen Road. He <br /> also won n outstanding performance award for his efforts <br /> in refocu ing the city's assessment program. Currently, <br /> Pat is on of six team members working on the River Road/ <br /> Santa Cla a annexation program. <br /> DAVE ALLD IDGE, Wastewater Treatment Plant 15-years <br /> Dave A ldridge began his career with the City in Nov- <br /> ember, 19 1, as a member of Public Works Maintenance street <br /> and drain ge crew. In 1982, he moved to the Wastewater <br /> Treatment Plant as lead worker for the solids disposal <br /> program. Working closely with the DEQ and area farmers, <br /> Dave is r sponsible for obtaining legal descriptions,. soil <br /> maps, soi and water samples, and assessing the ni r;~en <br /> needs of he crops being raised.
