The agreement was signed by <br /> Eugene Ci y Manager Mike Gleason and by Rulien. The city will use the money <br /> <br /> j to survey the site and prepare plans and complete the design work for <br /> ~ intersect on improvements along Franklin Boulevard, access roads into <br /> the site, railroad underpasses, and a proposed pedesterian bridge across <br /> Franklin oulevard to link the Park site with the University of Oregon. <br /> <br /> ~ Acco ding to the terms of the agreement, the state and the city will <br /> each pay 0 percent of the preliminary engineering cost.
