Eastbound drivers are <br /> encourage to use the recently widened 7th Avenue; westbound traffic will <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> j remain un isturbed. <br /> <br /> ~ Acco ding to Nathan Duke, transportation planner for the project, the <br /> steps are just a temporary solution to the serious traffic problems in the <br /> I <br /> area.
