Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. <br /> each day, weather permitting. One lane of traffic at a time will be closed, <br /> <br /> 1 beginning at Garfield with the westbound lane on the north and continuing west <br /> to Baily i11. <br /> <br /> j Acco ding to Richard Zucker, Public Works maintenance supervisor, a hot <br /> rubberize mixture will be used to seal the cracks and joints along West <br /> 11th. "T a mixture contracts and expands with the pavement and prevents water <br /> from intr ding into the base of the road.
