The <br /> deadline or submitting proposals is 4 p.m. on June 16, 1989. The Riverfront <br /> Research ark is a joint venture of the University of Oregon and the City of <br /> Eugene to develop a university related research park on 71 acres of <br /> state-own d property adjacent to the university campus. <br /> Serv ces outlined in the geotechnical request for proposal include <br /> reviewing the preliminary site plan and probable roadway locations, <br /> performin preliminary field evaluations and site tests, and developing <br /> alternati a designs and recommendations. After review and approval of the <br /> alternati es, the consultant will perform the necessary testing and analysis <br /> for the d sign of the recommended roadway structure and will prepare the <br /> final rep rt.
