A small <br /> detour will remain around EWEB's public service building bordering the plaza, <br /> but cyclists and pedestrians will no longer have to travel out-of-direction <br /> along th river. <br /> The path has been closed since April to allow construction of the plaza to <br /> progress at an accelerated rate. One side of the plaza is completed, allowing <br /> i <br /> for openi g of that section, with a short detour around the final stage of <br /> construction. <br /> Fina completion of the plaza is scheduled for mid July. <br /> # # # <br /> i <br /> <br /> ~r <br /> <br />
