An emphasis was placed on projects that would create a lasting <br /> legacy through permanent improvements, are focused on areas most likely to impact the Eugene '08 <br /> experience and those that could realistically be completed by June of 2008. Project leads were <br /> `w designated and budget targets for each were developed.
