Hi Matt,
FYI - Please see Tammy's note below. The EWEB funding and expenses should be coded to 531, not 133. Thanks.
Kris
Kris Aanderud
Financial Analyst AIC
City of Eugene
Public Works Administration
Phone: 541 682-5834
Fax: 541 682-6826
E-mail: kris.aanderud@ci.eugene.or.us

______________________________________________
From: SMITH Tammy D
Sent:Monday, June 16, 2008 10:55 AM
To:PETERSON Tish A; AANDERUD Kris
Subject:RE: $60k from EWEB for PPP project at Roosevelt
Tish,
You or Kris should receive a signed contract from EWEB for this project. The revenue should go in fund 531 and
expenses coded to 531. Revenue should be coded to 531-43990, since it is reimbursement for work and not a grant. Tag
the revenue for SB#1 recognition in FY09.
I will call with more details.
Tammy
_____________________________________________
From: PETERSON Tish A
Sent:Friday, June 13, 2008 1:43 PM
To:AANDERUD Kris
Cc:SMITH Tammy D
Subject:$60k from EWEB for PPP project at Roosevelt
Just talked w/ Matt R. He was looking for info to provide EWEB so they could "transfer" funds to cover work City will do
to repair damage caused by a water break of some sort. ( He's happy they're taking care of this at the same time that
we're doing the PPP project.) I asked what "transfer" meant, and he wasn't sure, as he received info from someone in
Maintenance. Unless you direct otherwise, here's the deal:
EWEB will send a check w/ following info:
- descriptive info (ex. "repair xyz from water main break at abc")
- Fund 133
- GJN xxxx
- Project # xxxxxx
Fyi Matt says he's planning to increase project budget by a bunch ($1m +) soon.
-Tish
Holler if we have different procedure, so I can learn and so I can correct for Matt. thanks
2
