<br />AMENDMENT NO.ONE TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2003-00220 <br />This Amendment is made to the Personal Services Pool Contract dated January 4, 2003 between the City <br />of Eugene (City) and Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Add work on the Garden Way project as outlined in the following attachment dated November <br />17, 2003.
