These properties consist of properties adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks
which are located south of the railroad tracks, west of Pearl Street, east of Lincoln Street, and
north of 5th Street. The subject properties are currently developed with the train station
building, two (~) commercial offices, a storage building, and paved and unpaved parking areas.
The scope of Work for the Level II ESA is based upon performing a government agency list
' review, a review of agency files regarding adjacent releases of hazardous materials/chemicals
', to the environment, review of Lane County tax appraisal records, a review of Sanborn Fire
',Insurance Maps, and a preliminary site visit.
The government agency list review included a search of public information related to the
documented use and management of hazardous chemicals and wastes and/or reported
,releases to the environment for the subject and nearby properties (i.e., within aone-quarter
',[0.25] mile rad',ius).
