Co. <br />That 8ldder has carefully examined and incorporates in this Proposal, by this reference alt documents <br />included in the Book of Contract Documents and Specifications for this job which includes but is not limited to <br />the Plans, City Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings, Supplemental and 5peciai Specifications, and <br />City of Eugene Amendment #1, Addenda, Bid Schedule, Prevailing Wage Rates, Contract Form, and Bond <br />Form far <br />TREE REMOVAL ON PORTIONS OF RIVER AVENUE FROM 200 FEET EAST OF <br />RIVER ROAD TO 150 FEET WEST OF BELTLINE HIGHWAY <br />That Bidder has made an examination of the site of the proposed work and has made such <br />investigations as are necessary to determine the chancier of the material and the conditions to be <br />encountered, independently of the indication on the plans; and that if the Proposal is accepted, Bidder will <br />contract with the City of Eugene as provided in the Contract Form, will to the extent of this bid, provide the <br />necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, and other means of eonsttuctlon, and will furnish all material and labor <br />as specified, or called for by the Plans or necessary to complete the work in the manner specified and in <br />accordance with the requirements o/the Engineer. <br />The undersigned also agrees that Bidder will order all material and equipment included under this <br />contract and will commence work within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and that Bidder will <br />complete the work In all respects after commencement and will have the project completed WITHIN TWENTY <br />FIVE (25) CALENDAR DAYS and that Bidder will pay as liquidated damages to the City for any delay, the <br />sum of SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS IS75.001 per day for each day required beyond that period. <br />PROPOSAL-JOB 3893 PAGE1of3 <br />
