Client and Agency Coordination $508 Client Coordination and Report Transmittal Agency Coordination for Concur ence Task 5. Permit Application Preparation $1450 (note: may be less, dependent upon project and permitting options) Development of Permit Application Transmittal and Coordination Total: $4782 Fees and expenses will be billed monthly on an hourly basis according to the rates and terms outlined in the attached Compensation Schedule, and will not exceed the estimate without mutual and prior agreement. Only hours actually spent on this project will be billed. Timeline We are prepared to commence services within 5 days following receipt of the signed proposal. We anticipate all field work and reports could be ready for Agency review within 6 weeks (end of June). The Permit Application will be prepared concurrently with the inventory reports, and will be ready for agency submittal within 2 more weeks (mid-July).
