Fees and terms for compensation are set forth in the attached Compensation Schedule and are by <br /> this reference incorporated herein as though fully set forth. <br /> Timeline <br /> We will continue to remain available for coordination as the application is reviewed and ultimately issued. <br /> It is our understanding that the City of Eugene plans to coordinate additional project concerns directly with <br /> the regulatory agencies, and will contact Satre Associates if the need for future assistance is required. At <br /> that time, a new services agreement can be developed. <br /> <br />
