Attend Second Stakeholder Meeting. Prepare and meet with City staff, neighborhood residents,
and other Stakeholders to present the 5086 design plans, answer questions, and receive
comments and suggestion. IF assumes City staff will coordinate and facilitate this meeting.
During the meeting, IF will assist City staff, as needed, to present the design plans and
respond to questions.
L. Develop 90% and Final Design Plans. IF will prepare 90°,6 and final design plans consistent with
current City CAD standards. The plan set will provide pans, profiles, cross-sections, and
details for stations 0+00 to 1+15 and 3+50 to 4+80. The plan set will include erosion control
and planting plans.
M. Deve 90% and Final S al S cations. IF will re re 90°7 and finals cial s cifications.
The qty will prepare
proved
the boiler-plate nguage, BOLI documentation, cover
page and separation pages for the construction documents.
Task - 5 Bid Period Support - IF will assist as necessary during the bid phase of the project IF will
assist the City with preparation of the bid advertisement, responding to technical questions from

bidders, assisting the City in preparing addenda, and attending the pre-bid conference and bid
opening.
ESTIMATED FEE/SCEIEDULE

We estimate our total fee for the Phase 1 Scope of Work to be $15,180 as detailed on the attached

spreadsheets. We would prefer to provide a fee estimate for the Phase 2 snipe of work after
completing the Task 1 site visit A site visit will give us a better understanding of the proposed

project (including the site conditions and anticipated level of effort) and allow us to tailor the Phase 2

Scope of Work.

All work will be invoiced in accordance with the Schedule of Charges and General Conditions that
the City of Eugene currently has on file for AGI. We estimate that the field explorations can be

completed within two weeks of authorization, but that schedule depends on the availability of a mini-

excavator.
The Task 3 studies, including the kickoff field visit/meeting, analysis, design concept development,

and second meeting with City can be completed in 46 weeks in May June 2000. The dates of June 1

or June 6 (10:00 am) have been set aside for the kickoff meeting.
EupMN Rbk WakrMVat ~ bNU~ to F~drkk CaR Ewl Ero~s?doe
