Pos~-Im ~ementa~ion Maintenance and Pos~-Im ~ementation Re orts <br />Projects funded by the Board a~e intended t~ provide ~ong-ter~n benefts to ~he wa~ershed. The <br />Grantee or landowner will provtde nece~sary and normal maintenance ~o sustain ~he value of <br />the pra~ect once ~~ is comp~e~e~, Maintenance will be zn accordance with the ~erms af the <br />Caopera~ivelLandowne~ Agreement~s} ~Exh~bi~ F}. <br />Gran~ee may be required to submit a Post-~mplementatian Status Repor~ to ~he Board on ~he ~tatus <br />af the grant a~ a frequency and per~od specified on page 1 af this Agreement. Tho~e reports wil~ <br />be in accordance wi~h the Pnst-I~nprementation S~atus Reporting Requirements, at~ached a~ <br />Exhibit D. <br />K, Termination of Grant A reement <br />~f this Agreemen~ i~ no~ signed by aI~ par~ies wi~h~n one ~1} yea~ of Board approval, funding sha~l <br />be termina~ed. ~AR 695W005-fl~50~2} ~ <br />This Agreement may be termina~ed: <br />1, At any time by mu~ual written consent of al1 par~ies; <br />2. Upon written notxce by the Board to Grantee far Grantee'~ failu~e to perfarm any o~her <br />provision of ~his Agreement; <br />3. Upon 30 days v~r~tten notice by ~he Board ~a Grantee for any other reason spec~fied in <br />v~iting; or <br />4. At any ~ime, upon written natice by the Boaxd, should Board funding be reduced. The <br />Board shall be solely respons~b~e for determining grant ~eductions, <br />~i~hin 3~ days af termina~ion, Grantee shall return ~o the Board any unspen~ funds prov~ded by <br />the Board under this Agreement in acco~dance w~th Sec~ion Q, Rec~very af ~~ant Funds. The <br />Board shall reimburse ~he Grantee for author~zed services performed and expenses incur~ed <br />before terminat~on under this Agreement. <br />L. ~om~,liance 'Wrth „A,p_~~icable Law <br />Crrantee shall comply with all federal, s~a~e and local laws, regulations, execu~ive ordexs and <br />ordinances app~~cab~e ~a this Ag~eement or ~o the projec~. ~Vi~hout l~m~~ing ~he genera~~ty of the <br />foregoing, a~~ employers, inc~u~ing Gran~ee, that employ subject workers who prov~de services <br />~n the State of Oregon shal~ comp~y wi~h aRS 656.~ ~ 7 and provide ~he required ~Vorkers' <br />Conapensation coverage, unless such emplayexs a~e exempt unde~ ~RS 65~.126. <br />-- ~ ~ <br />~~-a~ c~~tta~ G~~rit og 14 a~ Pv oR~sa <br />~~ <br />
