The <br /> contract lays a detailed foundation for trail improvement projects generally outlined in the 2002 <br /> Skinner Butte Park Master Plan. In order to pursue the first phase of trail, improvements, the <br /> Clty of Eugene and LLW, Inc. amended the contract for additional services and an extension to <br /> the time of completion, The City of Eugene and LI.W, Inc. wish to further amend the contract <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 2 is hereby amended to change the time of completion for the amended scope of work <br /> to December 31, 2005. <br /> All other terms and conditions shall remain the same. <br /> City of Eugene Contractor <br /> By.
