The city/county could reestablish the original drainage channel that is currently
blocked by a road and gravel pit on property west of the Wildish property.
Option B. Wildish would be willing to grant the easement necessary for the city/county to ~
channel or pipe stormwater along our southern property line westward to the Willamette River.
Option C. Wildish would be willing to grant the easement necessary for the city/county

to channel or pipe stormwater along our western property line northward to the McKenzie River. S
In ail options for both the Wester and River Pointe issues, we look to the city to indemnify

Wildish from a1I claims associated with contaminants carried across company property in the
stormwater, and to obtain whatever dischazge permits maybe required.
Again, the resolution of these issues is urgent as we experienced unusually high volumes of z-unoff

that adversely impacted our operations again this yeaz.
We look fo~vvard to hearing from you.
Very truly yours,
WII.DISH LAND CO.
f
- !
Randall S.
