Comments in italics have been added by <br /> WBGS. <br /> Maintenance comments about YSP Restrooms <br /> • Move chase door to front of building with restroom doors for short hose use <br /> <br /> - and ease of view while restrooms are cleaned (improvement incorporated in <br /> Amazon Ball Field Restroom in 2003) <br /> • No panels/holes from chase into the restrooms if possible <br /> • Free standing drinking fountain -delete from building, City of Eugene to <br /> install independently. <br /> • Revise toilet paper dispenser. No top shelf, good visibility around fixture <br /> (insert into wall?), conform to ADA continuous flow standard and be installed <br /> at appropriate height -not too low. (Improvement incorporated in Amazon <br /> Ball Field Restroom in 2003.) <br /> • Increase natural light openings into restroom. Increase lighting inside. <br /> (Improvement incorporated in Amazon Ball Field Restroom in 2003, the <br /> building form related to the expanded storage room increased the natural <br /> lighting. Other options include increasing the height of the openings, and <br /> selecting a metal mesh with a higher percentage of openings.) <br /> • Change location and style of light fixtures. All shall be in wired protective <br /> baskets. Exterior lights shall be, ideally, a flood light at each peak of gabled <br /> ends, and one centered on each of the font and back wails. <br /> • Add/increase length of opening at bottom of partition walls between stalls <br /> • Have doors open against a wall where they can be locked open, Use piano <br /> hinges and appropriate locking hardware to lock doors open <br /> • Move doors or downspout to avoid conflict between the two when the door <br /> opens all the way to the wall. (I mprovement incorporated in Amazon Ball <br /> Field Restroom in 2003.) <br /> • Upgrade downspout and gutter material to industrial strength material. <br /> Ideally 3" diameter schedule 40 pipe. (Improvement incorporated in Amazon <br /> Ball Field Restroom in 2003.) <br /> • Upsize toilet drain pipes to 3° diameter. (Improvement incorporated in <br /> Amazon Ball Field Restroom in 2003.} <br /> • Consider placement of toilet in ADA stall to back up against the stall divider <br /> wall.
