The City will, on monthly basis, 11 <br /> the Government for services completed by providing itemized invoices <br /> in triplicate outlining the work performed. Upon review and approval <br /> of the invoice items, the Corps of Engineers will promptly execute <br /> payment in the amount equal to the costs incurred by the City. <br /> 4. AUTHORITY As signatory to this agreement the City assures <br /> that it is legally constituted with full authority and capability to <br /> perform the terms of its agreements. <br /> 5. EXAMINATION OF RECORDS The City shall maintain for a period <br /> of not less than three years after the completion of the project the <br /> books, records, documents and other evidence pertaining to payment or <br /> reimbursement for performance under this Agreement in accordance with <br /> OMB Circular A-102, revised. The information shall be provided with <br /> sufficient detail as will properly reflect all net costs, direct and <br /> ~Ilw indirect labor, materials, equipment, supplies and services, and <br /> other costs and expenses of whatever nature involved therein. The <br /> City shall make available at its offices, at reasonable times, the <br /> accounting records for inspection and audit by an authorized <br /> representative of the Corps of Engineers during the period this <br /> Cooperative Agreement is in effect. <br /> 6. FINAL REPORT. A final report by the will City be required <br /> upon completion of the Project in 2003 documenting the seeds and <br /> plants collected and used on the 1135 Project. <br /> 7. FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS.
