OR3 2798.225 Condition concerning salvaging, recycling, composting or mulching yard waste material. If the contrad <br /> will include lawn and landscape maintenance the Contrador shall salvage, recycle, compost or mulch yard waste material at an <br /> approved site, if feasible and cost-effective. <br /> 5. ORS 2798.230 Condition concerning payment for medical care and providing workers' compensation. <br /> 5.1 The Contradw shall promptly, as due, make payment to any person, copartnership, association or corporation famishing , <br /> medical, surgical and hospital pre services or other needed care and attention, incident to sickness or injury, to the <br /> employees of the contrador, of all sums that the contrador agrees to pay for the services and all moneys and sums that <br /> the contrador colleded or deduded from the wages of employees under any law, contrad or agreement for the purpose of <br /> providing or paying for the services. <br /> 5.2 All subjed empoeyers working under the Contrdd are either employers ti~at will comply with ORS 656.017 or employers that <br /> are exempt under ORS 656.126. <br /> 6.
