Rare Plant survey sampling methodologies, photographs, <br /> analysis and conclusions will be compiled in a Rare Plant Survey Report of Findings. <br /> Please note: if wetland areas or rare plant species populations are to be encountered by this project, another <br /> proposal will be required to assist with permit application preparation and agency coordination. I will be glad to <br /> provide you with a proposal at that time. <br /> Task 4. Client and Agency Coordination <br /> I will coordinate with you and your staff to obtain project information, aerial photographs. I will coordinate with <br /> the University of Oregon Library to obtain historic aerial photographs. <br /> Fees <br /> I propose to complete the services outlined above on an hourly basis, and I anticipate that certain expenses will be <br /> incurred for mileage during site visits, and report production. The following is my estimate of hours and costs <br /> required for the project. <br /> Task 1. Office Research (6 hrs) $ 450 <br /> Obtain and review existing documents <br /> Task 2. Client and Agency Coordination (14 hrs) $1260 <br /> With City Staff for Research, Mapping, Document Review - 10 hrs <br /> With other agencies - 4 hrs <br /> Anticipated Expenses (photocopies, mileage) 250 <br /> Total Estimated Cost for additional services: $8080* <br /> Fees and expenses will be billed monthly on an hourly basis according to the rates and terms specified in the <br /> Professional Services Contract: my billing rate is $90 / hr; mileage will be billed at the federal reimbursement rate <br /> of $0.43 /mile; and other expenses will be billed at cost. Only hours actually spent on this project will be billed, <br /> and some savings may be found if actual costs differ from the above estimates as the project progresses. <br /> Reproducible originals of all final documents will be provided to you for your copy and distribution as needed. <br /> *Please note that, according to my records, we still have $2345 remaining in the original contract for this project. <br /> Therefore, the amendment needed to cover the additional work is actually approximately $5735. <br /> Timeline <br /> I am prepared to commence services immediately. Wetlands delineation and the Report of Findings can be <br /> completed through the fall and winter. The Rare Plant Surveys will need to wait for beginning of bloom season <br /> 2006, approximately late March.
