L/Peer Anuron Creek Enhaucenrent cN Frank Itinnei• Purk Page,
Pacific Lt'ater Resources, Inc 3
process for the engineer to provide input and review the contractor's methods. These observations will be '
coordinated with the City and contractor and will be documented on standard field observation forms. '
Observations by the engineer are considered important for these types of projects due to the interpretive nature
of the work.
2. Perform Final Walk Through. PWR will perform a final project walk through of all completed
improvements for purposes of preparing a `punch list' of deficiencies. The punch list identifies for the
contractor items of work, which must be completed before final payment will be made. This walk is normally
performed with the contractor and the City and will be scheduled at the contractor's request,
3. Recommend for Acceptance (optional). PWR will prepare a letter, which documents for the City that the
project is completed in general conformance with the plans and specifications. The letter will recommend
releasing the contractor's retainage and accepting the project for City maintenance. This letter will be based
on verification by the City that all construction deficiencies noted in the punch list are resolved.
4. Project Coordination. This activity will include project management and coordination for Task 5. Services
include preparation of monthly progress reports and invoices.
PWR Deliverables:
• Site observation reports from up to 7 site visits
• Punch list of deficiencies at final walk through
PWR Attendance:
• Up to 7 site observations
• Site visit for final walk through

City's Responsibilities:
• Full time observation services during construction
• Facilitation and coordination of PWR's site visits with contractor's operations
• Attend engineer's site visit for processing payment requests
• Attend final walk through
