cancellation. The adequacy of all insurance required by these provisions shall be subject to <br /> approval by City`s Risk Manager. Failure to maintain any insurance coverage required by <br /> this contract shall be cause for immediate termination of this contract by City. <br /> 12.2a. Personal Liability. Contractor shall maintain a broad form personal <br /> liability insurance policy with coverage of not less than $500,000 combined single <br /> limit per occurrence, with aggregate of $1 million, for bodily injury, persona( injury or <br /> property damage. Such policy shall contain a contractual liability endorsement to <br /> cover Contractor's indemnification obligations under this contract. The policy shall <br /> also contain an endorsement naming City as an additional insured, in a form <br /> satisfactory to City, and expressly providing that the interest of City shall not be <br /> affected by Contractor's breach of policy provisions. <br /> 12.2b. Automobile Liability. Contractor shall maintain an automobile liability <br /> insurance policy with coverage of not less than $500,000 combined single limit per <br /> occurrence, with aggregate of $1 million, for bodily injury, personal injury or property <br /> damage. The coverage shall include both hired and non-owned auto liability. The <br /> policy shall also contain an endorsement naming City as an additional insured, in a <br /> form satisfactory to City, and expressly providing that the interest of City shall not be <br /> affected by Contractor's breach of policy provisions. <br /> 12.3 Contractors shall notify the City when fabrication of the Work is completed and <br /> ready for shipment. <br /> 12.4 Upon delivery of the Work, Contractors will provide instructions for the care <br /> and maintenance of the Work, including what cleaning products to use and not to use, and <br /> shall provide photographic documentation of the Work to City. <br /> 13. City Responslbitities. <br /> 13.1 City shall be responsible for all expenses, labor and equipment to prepare the <br /> site for installation of the Work. <br /> 13.2 City shall be responsible for installation of the Work at the specified sites. <br /> 13.3 in the event City is not prepared to install the Work when it is delivered, City <br /> will be responsible for safe storage of the Work and associated costs. <br /> 13.4 City shall reasonably maintain and protect the Work against the ravages of <br /> time, vandalism and the elements. Reasonable maintenance of the Work wiN not require <br /> procedures substantially in excess of those described in the maintenance <br /> recommendations submitted by Contractors to City in accordance with Section 12.4. <br /> 14.
