The CH2M HILL project <br /> manager is responsible for project setup, staffing, coordinating tasks, and paying close <br /> attention to technical details, schedules, and budgets. This project requires decisions and <br /> open communication among mennbers of the consultant team and City of Eugene staff. <br /> Decisions and reviews will be made in a timely manner in consultation with the City. The <br /> project manager is responsible for facilitating client and consultant team communications, <br /> receiving and reporting project status updates, and reviewing and approving invoices. The <br /> project accountant is respons~le for assisting with project setup, issuing monthly invoices, <br /> and providing the project manager with timely financial information. The project assistant <br /> will aid in execution of the work, maintain project files, and assist the project team with <br /> internal and external communications. <br /> Budget <br /> A budget by task is included with this scope of work. The estimate for services described <br /> herein is $93,772. Labor and expense rates used in preparing the budget estimate are those <br /> included in Contract # 2005-00208. <br /> Time of PerFormance <br /> Work on this scope will commence upon notice to proceed from the City. The City desires to <br /> complete construction of the preferred altenlative(s) by the onset of the 2005-2006 winter <br /> season. Development of the Long-term Basin Stxategies Plan described in Task 4 will <br /> commence subsequent to completion of design as~the City directs CH2M H[LL to initiate <br /> work on that task.
