z <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> Architect and Engineer <br /> BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br /> Municipal Corporation <br /> AND: KCM Inc. dba Tetra Tech/KCM, Inc. <br /> Contract No.: 2005-00226 <br /> This contract is being established per the terms and conditions of Personal <br /> Services Master Contract master contract 2005-00206 dated September 22, <br /> 2004, between the City of Eugene (City) and KCM Inc. dba Tetra Tech/KCM, <br /> Inc.(Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to the attached scope of work as outlined <br /> herein and the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> Tetra Tech staff will perform the additional hydrologic analysis that is <br /> required to enable Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) staff to finalize the <br /> design on the culverts and weirs for the Delta Ponds project. The ACOE did <br /> not complete the hydrologic analysis during the feasibility phase of the <br /> project and the City and ACOE have recognized that the additional work <br /> must be done before the project design phase can move forward. The <br /> ACOE has approved the additional study and will match the City's <br /> expenditure as agreed in the Project Cooperation Agreement.
