If unanticipated complications <br /> arise that require substantial deviation from the scope of services outlined above, we will <br /> meet with you to discuss modification and amendment of this services proposal. For <br /> comparison, the fees for the Alton Baker Park greenway permit were a little more than <br /> double the above estimate. This project is smaller in size and contains far fewer <br /> improvements to describe and draw than the Alton Baker Park project. In addition, there <br /> is no citizen committee or visible opponent to the project, either of which would require <br /> additional time to contend with. <br /> Timeline <br /> I understand the importance of timely submittal and completion for this project. We can <br /> commence work within 7 days of receipt of a signed agreement. We believe we can have <br /> a draft application package ready for your review within 30 days of commencing world <br /> with a final application package submitted within 5 days of your final review and <br /> approval. If all goes well, the greenway permit and zone change should be complete <br /> sometime during the month of July. <br /> I hope this proposal meets with your needs and expectations.
