.w <br /> ATTACHMENT A <br /> Lane Council of Governments <br /> Grant Writing Services Proposal for City of Eugene <br /> December 8, 2005 <br /> Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) is pleased to respond to the City of Eugene Public Works <br /> Engineering request for a proposal for Grant Writing Services in support of the Delta Ponds Barrier <br /> Removal Project. <br /> Christine Puetz, LCOG Senior Resource Development Specialist, will act as primary staff person for <br /> this proposal. Ms. Puetz has extensive experience in grant writing and fund development, and has <br /> successfully developed and worked with a wide range of jurisdictions, community organizations, and <br /> nonprofit corporations for many years.. <br /> Proposed Scope of Work: Below are the expected grant writing activities for the preparation and <br /> ,submittal of the Open Rivers Initiative Project grant application to the National Oceanic and <br /> Atmospheric Administration. <br /> • Material review, work plan preparation <br /> • Grant writing, coordination, submission <br /> • Project-related meetings, contacts (City staff, partners, as required) <br /> Cost: Not to exceed $4,000. <br /> Timeline: The above listed services will be provided from December 8, 2005 through <br /> January 31, 2006. <br /> We look forward to a successful partnering, as well as the provision of similar services in the future. <br /> City of Eugene Contact: Scott R.
