The 7-21-04 a-mail requests <br /> this formal amendment. The additional work was estimated to not exceed 16 hours of <br /> professional time at $144 per hour, thus an increase of $2,304., The upper limit for this <br /> project is thus amended from $28,759 to $31,063. The close of contract schedule is also <br /> amended to~__9~,9A4~, ht,ptRC.~ 3t , 200 5. <br /> Upon formal City approval, please return 1 signed copy of this cover letter authorizing <br /> the amended amount and schedule.
