(Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follow: <br /> To increase the dollar value of the Delta Ponds Permitting Support project by $2,304:00 <br /> and extend the end date to March 31, 2005. <br /> In addition, price agreement: 0739-791-9971 #25, has expired.
