Only hours actually spent on this project <br /> will be billed, and some savings may be found if actual costs differ from the above estimates as <br /> the project progresses. <br /> Timeline <br /> I am prepared to commence services within 10 days following receipt of the signed proposal. I <br /> am committed to ensuring that the work progresses successfully and at a schedule which meets <br /> your needs and those of the regulatory agencies. The Wetland Delineation Report of Findings <br /> (draft) should be ready for your review within 6 weeks (mid-September). This will be finalized <br /> and submitted shortly after receiving your comments and approval. The Joint Permit Application <br /> will be developed and ready for your draft review shortly thereafter. I suggest planning for the <br /> Pre-Application meeting to be held in October, with permit submittal by November 1~ This <br /> should allow for processing and issuance of the permits by the beginning of construction season <br /> in Spring 2004. <br /> It is hoped that this estimate meets with your needs and expectations.
